    Before Use
    1.Choose an environment that makes youcomfortable and clean the gua sha stone.
    2.Wash and dry your face, apply cream oressential oil evenly.
    In Use
    1. Read the Rena Chris Gua Sha instruction manual or watch the Gua Sha instructional video.
    2. Scrape each area 5-10 times until the skin is slightly warm or flushed.
    3. Always sense the skin and mental state until you com-plete a process evenly.
    After Use
    1. After gua sha, wash the gua sha stone with clean water, dry itand store it, wash your face and apply other skin careproducts according to your usual skin care habits.
    2. Note that in the process of cleaning and placing the guasha stone, be careful not to collide with the sink or counter,because the jade stone is more fragile.
