Graceful Orchid Xiuyan Jade Facial Gua Sha Tools

This Gua Sha tool has every angle you need. It is made of thick jade stone and feels very high quality. It comes in a gorgeous packaging so it would also make a wonderful gift. I use it on my face after I apply my vitamin C serum, so that my skin can absorb it better while I increase the circulation. I also have a jade roller that I apply afterwards. Note that this is more like a massage tool and does not provide the same effect as the roller. It is easy to clean in the dishwasher.

It looks like a slug :) The stone is cool to the touch. It’s smooth all over and I don’t see any cracks that looks like it might break later. It has a nice weight in my hand. The length also makes it easy to hold. The edge is rounded and it’s 3/16” thick. I like that the instruction booklet has so much information in it. It tells you how to use it for gua sha and how to use it on acupuncture points. I think it’s the most details instruction I’ve received with a gua sha tool!
I tried it for gua sha and I liked it. It feels really good to be doing something for yourself and the cool stone feels nice on my face, too. I felt better after using it :)

It is very smooth on all sides and soothing for a facial massage. Even in the box, it indicates which sides of the gua sha to use for each purpose. In the manual, they go into more detail about how to use it. I have other jade gua shas and this one compares very well with the others. I like the unconventional shape of this one. It arrives well-protected in a nice box, with an extensive user manual. This would make a nice gift, or buy one for yourself. Using gua sha is very soothing and can give many benefits for your skin! The price is very reasonable, compared with other similar gua sha stones.

This jade gua sha comes in a nice, thick box and has been set into the packaging cut out to keep it secure. The instructions that come with it are clearly written and explain how to use the gua sha, as well as how to use it for accupressure. This is one of the few that I’ve seen with good instructions.
I’m a little concerned with the tool’s thickness and potential for breaking— it’s about an eighth of an inch and I’ll be careful not to drop it. I understand that if it were thicker it might not work as well for reaching areas of the face, such as around the eyes. Finally, I like that the tool has several contours and curves to smooth different facial areas. The edges are rounded with no sharp points or dips and dents in the stone. Overall, I like this tool, its presentation, and its instructions. It would make a good gift for beginners.

I have several jade gua sha scrapers, but I have never seen one that is so nicely boxed or that has such a good instruction booklet. Of the ones that I have seen in person, this is definitely the one I would purchase as a gift because of the presentation. There's a little 12-page pamphlet talking about the product and explaining how to use it both as a gua sha tool and as an acupoint tool. The instructions are well-written which seems to be somewhat of an anomaly for this type of product. The jade is protected by a nice foam cut-out that lists different uses for the different parts of the tool.
